Is the website included in the £679 price?
Yes. The website is the centrepiece of the package. It includes the bespoke design, the mobile responsive build, your domain name, a professional business email address, contact forms, WhatsApp integration where it suits your business, social links, Google Maps where it helps, an SSL certificate, Google ready SEO foundations, the setup and the launch.
Are the 500 A5 flyers printed as well as designed?
Yes. I design the flyers using your new branding and the 500 printed A5 flyers are included in the £679, delivered free anywhere in the UK.
Are the 500 business cards printed as well as designed?
Yes. The 500 business cards are designed in your new branding and professionally printed, with free UK delivery included.
Is my domain included?
Yes. Your domain name is registered and pointed at your new website as part of the package, subject to the name you want being available.
Do I get a professional business email address?
Yes. You get a proper business email address on your own domain, such as you@yourbusiness.co.uk, rather than a free webmail address.
What happens with website hosting after the first 3 months?
Your first 3 months of hosting are free. After that it's £19.99 per month, which covers hosting, website maintenance, security updates, technical support and ongoing help with your site. There is nothing else to pay and nothing hidden in small print.
Can you use my existing logo if I don't need a new one?
Yes. If your current logo still works I'll use it across the website and print instead of designing a new one. In that case tell me when you enquire and I'll quote you accordingly rather than charging you for design you don't need.
Can I order more than 500 flyers or business cards?
Yes. Larger print runs are available and are quoted separately on top of the £679, because the price depends on the quantity and finish you choose. Just tell me what you need and I'll price it before you commit.
Can my website include online booking or payments?
Yes, but that isn't part of the standard £679 package. A website with an online booking system is £479, so a rebrand that includes one is quoted individually.
Can you help my website rank on Google after it launches?
Every website I build starts with Google ready SEO foundations. Once you're live, monthly SEO packages are available to help improve your rankings over time. Ask me for details and I'll explain the options.
How long does a complete business rebrand take?
Longer than a standard website, because a rebrand includes the logo design, your approval, the website build, the print artwork and the physical printing and delivery. A standard website on its own can be live within 48 hours of approval, but I'll give you a realistic timescale for the full rebrand before you commit, and it depends partly on how quickly you approve each stage.
