What the project had to achieve
- Make moving feel low-stress from the first screen
- Give people a quote without waiting for a phone call back

What made it tricky
- Removals enquiries vary hugely in size, so one form had to work for a single item and a full house move
- Free home surveys needed to feel like a genuine offer, not a sales trap
- Trust signals, insurance and reviews had to appear early without cluttering the page
How I approached it
- A clean, warm design in charcoal, white and the red taken from the existing logo
- A short online quote journey that takes a couple of minutes and captures the detail needed to price a move
- A dedicated free home survey page with postcode-led availability checking
- Service sections for house moves, office moves, packing and storage
- A reviews section pulling through real Google feedback
- Click-to-call, WhatsApp and a quote button reachable from every page on mobile
