Electrician website design · Nuneaton · UK wide

Web design for electricians built around call-outs and certificates.

Electrical work divides neatly into two: the urgent call-out, and the planned job somebody has been quoted for elsewhere. The urgent customer wants a number and a promise you can come. The planned customer wants your qualifications, your registration and evidence you have done it before.

The job

What a electricians website has to do

Being straight with you: I have not built an electrician's website yet. Nearly everything this studio builds is trade work — roofing, paving, tree surgery, cleaning, removals — and the structure below is taken directly from those builds and adapted to electrical work. Electricians are a trade I want to add.

So the sites linked below are real, live and from neighbouring trades. Judge the standard of the design and the way enquiries are captured, because that part is identical whatever is on the van.

Structure

A page per job, not one page listing everything

People search by the job they need doing. Each of these gets its own page with its own wording, so there is something for Google to match and something for the customer to read.

Emergency call-outs

Faults, trips and power loss, with response wording and tap-to-call above everything else.

Rewires and consumer units

The planned high-value work, with what a rewire actually involves and how long it takes.

EICRs and landlord certificates

A page aimed squarely at landlords and agents, who search for the certificate by name.

EV charger installation

Growing fast, searched separately, and worth its own page with grants and charger types explained.

Lighting, sockets and smart controls

The smaller domestic jobs that fill gaps between bigger installs.

Areas covered

The towns you genuinely cover, written in so local searches have something to match.

Honest proof

Real work from neighbouring trades

Honest note: these are live sites from neighbouring trades, not electricians. I would rather show you real work than invent an electrical example.

£350 all in, then £19.99 a month

Half to start the build, the balance on completion. If you need customers to book a slot rather than wait for a callback, a website with a booking system is £479 all in.

FAQ

Questions trades ask before they book

Have you built a website for an electrician before?
Not yet, and I will not claim otherwise. My work is almost entirely trade websites in roofing, paving, tree surgery, cleaning and waste, all live and linked on this page. Electricians are a trade I am looking to add.
How much does an electrician's website cost?
£350 all in: design, build, your domain, a business email address on that domain and three months of hosting, then £19.99 a month. Half to start, the balance on completion.
Where do my NICEIC or NAPIT details go?
High on the page and in the footer. Registration is the single strongest trust signal an electrician has, so it sits next to the call and quote buttons rather than buried on an about page.
Can the site chase landlord work?
Yes. EICRs and landlord certificates get their own page written in the words agents and landlords actually search for, which is usually the most repeatable work available.
Can I take bookings for EV charger surveys?
If you want people to book a slot rather than wait for a callback, a website with a booking system, admin area and online payments is £479 all in.
How quickly can it go live?
Within 48 hours of you approving the design, once your wording, logo and photos are over.
