What the project had to achieve
- Let customers get a price and book a collection without a phone call
- Make the waste carrier licence and compliance visible straight away

What made it tricky
- Waste clearance pricing is usually vague, so the site had to show real prices by volume before anyone commits
- Most visitors arrive on a phone mid-clearance, so the booking journey had to work in a few taps
- A wide coverage area across Greater Manchester and the Cheshire towns needed structure, not a wall of links
How I approached it
- A four-step booking journey: postcode check, choose the waste, pick a date, pay securely online
- A plain pricing table by cubic yard, from £79 upwards, with the no-VAT and no-call-out-fee position stated openly
- Licence number CBDL645216 and licensed carrier trust signals placed in the header and repeated through the page
- Area pages for each town covered, linked from a single coverage section
- Same-day, weekend and Bank Holiday availability pushed high up as the main differentiator
