How does the process work from the first message?
We start with a quick call or WhatsApp chat about your business, the work you want more of and the customers you want to reach. I then put together a content plan and a set of sample post designs for you to approve. Once you are happy, posting starts and I keep going month to month.
How long before posting starts?
Usually within a few days of you approving the plan and the first designs. Most first drafts are with you within 24 to 48 hours of the brief, so there is no long wait before your page starts looking active again.
Do I have to approve posts before they go out?
That is up to you. Some clients approve every post, others prefer to sign off the monthly plan and let me get on with it. Either way, nothing goes live that does not fit your brand, and you can ask for changes at any point.
Which platforms do you cover?
Facebook is the main focus, because that is where most local enquiries come from for trades and small businesses. Content is supplied in sizes that work across other platforms too, so the same designs can be reused wherever you are active.
