What the project had to achieve
- Show finished driveway and patio work as the main reason to enquire
- Present six surfacing services clearly without cluttering the page
- Make a free, no-obligation quote the obvious next step on every screen
What made it tricky
- Surfacing is judged entirely on finish, so the proof had to appear before any sales copy
- Two phone numbers, a mobile and a landline, needed to sit in the header without crowding it on a phone
- A wide coverage area across London, Surrey and surrounding areas had to read as deliberate rather than vague
How I approached it
- A dark, high-contrast design with orange accents taken straight from the existing logo
- A drag-to-compare before and after slider showing a real driveway rebuilt in charcoal block paving
- A timelapse video section showing a full driveway rebuild from first dig to final block
- Individual pages for block paving, patios, tarmac, resin bound, fencing and drainage
- Checkatrade and TrustaTrader membership plus fully insured messaging placed next to the quote buttons
- Click-to-call numbers and a free quote button fixed in the header on every screen size
